What to Prepare
• Please prepare a song with a backing track. You backing track must be emailed to theatrealdentevictoria@gmail.com at least an hour prior to your audition time.
• Be prepared for cold readings from the script. These can be provided in advance for anyone who wants a chance to look them over. Contact theatrealdentevictoria@gmail.com.

Spring Break Camp
Over the course of two weeks, students will audition, rehearse, and perform a full musical in a supportive and creative environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for young performers to build confidence, learn new skills, make new friends, and experience the joy of musical theatre from start to finish. This two week camp culminates in a performance for family and friends at the beautiful Glenlyon Norfolk Theatre.

Final Performance: Friday, March 27 at 6:00 PM

Sasha Moriarty-Schieven
Artistic Director
Sasha Moriarty-Schieven is a seasoned theatre professional with 34 years of experience in the performing arts. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre with a minor in Early Childhood Education. Over her career, she has honed her craft through a combination of professional, regional, and community theatre work. With more than 300 performances to her name, Sasha has developed a deep understanding of both performing and directing, having helmed dozens of productions over the past twenty years.
​
Sasha has been dedicated to teaching theatre to the next generation since 2014, leading numerous camps, classes, and workshops and fostering creativity and performance skills in young artists.
​
Sasha's extensive experience with children extends beyond the theatre, as she has worked as a nanny for 15 years, providing her with invaluable insight into the developmental needs and creativity of children of all ages. Her unique combination of artistic expertise and nurturing skills allows her to effectively teach, mentor, and inspire young performers.
